By accessing or using the Roomera app and related services ("Services") provided by Red Zeppelin Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Roomera is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photos of rooms and receive AI-generated design transformations. The service operates on a credit-based system where users consume credits for each transformation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Purchases

Roomera uses a credit system. New users receive free credits. Additional credits may be purchased through in-app purchases. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and free credit amounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our apps
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Red Zeppelin Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated designs created through our Service are for your personal use. We do not claim ownership of your original photos.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. AI design suggestions are for inspiration only and do not constitute professional design advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Zeppelin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Refund Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Contact us for refund inquiries.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
