1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SplitSecond app ("SplitSecond", "the App") provided by Red Zeppelin Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SplitSecond is a real-time 1v1 timing duel: two players each try to stop a hidden timer as close as possible to a shown target time without seeing their own elapsed time, and the closest wins the round — best of 5 rounds wins the match. The App also includes a solo Practice mode and a Daily Challenge with a public leaderboard.

3. Account Registration

You can play as a guest by choosing only a username, with no account required. You may optionally save your account by signing in with Google or Apple, which links your existing guest progress to that sign-in so it survives a lost or reinstalled device. You are responsible for the username you choose and for keeping your sign-in secure.

4. Multiplayer Conduct

SplitSecond matches you in real time against other players. Usernames are filtered for profanity, but you agree not to:

  • Use automation, bots, or scripts to play matches or manipulate results
  • Exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage over other players
  • Harass, abuse, or attempt to identify other players
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App

5. Advertising

SplitSecond is supported by interstitial and optional rewarded advertising served through Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. The App does not currently offer in-app purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Red Zeppelin Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App, matchmaking, or Daily Challenge will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Zeppelin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including cheating or abusive conduct toward other players. You may delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
