By accessing or using the Colorland - Coloring Book app ("Colorland", "the App") provided by Red Zeppelin Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Colorland is directed at children, so we recommend that a parent or guardian review these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Colorland is a free digital coloring book application. Users can browse coloring pages, color them digitally, and save or share the finished drawings. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.

3. No Account Required

Colorland does not require registration, sign-in, or the collection of personal information to be used.

4. Advertising

Colorland is supported by non-personalized, child-directed advertising served through Google AdMob. The App does not offer in-app purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its content delivery

6. Intellectual Property

The coloring page templates, artwork, and other content provided within Colorland are owned by Red Zeppelin Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Drawings you or your child create by coloring a page are yours to keep, save, and share for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Zeppelin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
