1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Formera app and related services ("Services") provided by Red Zeppelin Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Formera is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that allows users to log meals by taking a photo, which our AI analyzes to estimate calories and macronutrients, or by entering food manually at any time. The app calculates personalized daily calorie and macro targets based on information you provide. AI photo scans beyond the free allowance require an active subscription; manual food logging remains free and unlimited regardless of subscription status.

3. Account Registration

To save your data and sync it across devices, you sign in with Google or Apple. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information associated with your account
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Formera offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock a monthly allowance of AI photo scans, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and the included scan allowance, with notice where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our apps
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Health Disclaimer

Formera provides calorie and macronutrient estimates for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. AI-estimated nutrition values may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Red Zeppelin Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We do not claim ownership of your original meal photos or the data you log.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-estimated nutrition values will be fully accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Zeppelin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Refund Policy

Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Contact us for refund inquiries.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
